Great location in a street with outdoor restaurants. Easy walking distance to the cathedral and old part. Good sized rooms with air conditioning.

The room on the top floor was hot and the air conditioning didn't work well. Constant noise from the street and an annoying extractor fan noise from the air conditioning unit on the roof.

Hotel's breakfast is excellent with the cheeses for which Oviedo is known and which was splendid, for instance. Staff is friendly and you can park your car onsite...

HOTEL WITH VERY GOOD SITUATION, NEXT TO THE CENTER AND IN THE GASCON STREET, FULL OF CIDER HOUSES . THERE WAS NO FREE PARKING SPACE, ALTHOUGH THERE IS A LARGE AND COMFORTABLE PUBLIC CAR PARK NEXT TO THE HOTEL. BE CAREFUL, THE ACCESS TO THE HOTEL CAR PARK IS BY ELEVATOR (PROBLEMATIC FOR BIG CARS) . THE HOTEL LOOKS A BIT OLD-FASHIONED . WE WERE GIVEN A FAMILY ROOM, WHICH IS TWO DOUBLE ROOMS JOINED TOGETHER. ONE OF THEM QUITE SMALL, WITH A TABLE AND A SMALL TV. THE BATHROOMS ARE NEW AND CLEAN. ALTHOUGH IT IS COMFORTABLE TO GO WITH CHILDREN AND BE ALL TOGETHER . WE DIDN'T GET BREAKFAST AS I FOUND IT QUITE EXPENSIVE (11.- EURO/PERSON). IN THE AREA WE HAD A PERFECT BREAKFAST, PAYING FOR ALL 4 WHICH COST US ONLY 1 IN THE HOTEL. THE RECEPTIONIST ANGELS CHARMING, VERY NICE AND PENDING TO INFORM ME OF PLANS TO DO WITH THE CHILDREN. ALTHOUGH WE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DO/SEE EVERYTHING.

I ASKED FOR THE ROOMS TO BE UPSTAIRS AND THEY WERE GIVEN TO US ON THE FIRST FLOOR. . . .AND THEY WERE WELL SOUNDPROOFED. . . THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE FAMILY ROOM PER FLOOR AND THAT ON THOSE DAYS (THE AUGUST HOLIDAY) THE HOTEL WAS FULL, SO THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER FLOOR.

Excellent location, close to the cathedral and at an acceptable distance from the most commercial area of the city. hotel is on Gascona Street, considered the "boulevard of the cider", so the typology is guaranteed. However, it is in the quieter part of this street, divided into two sections that are uneven in terms of crowds and noise. Appropriate facilities, in general terms. Cafeteria with self-service machine, has positive aspects and others not so much. Good cleanliness of the facilities and trousseau. Adequate quality/price ratio. Breakfast, quite correct.

They have two garages and they gave us the best place (as we checked) in the best garage (as we were told; the other one is with a lift). However, with a long car it is necessary to maneuver quite a bit to get in and out. Although we have seen them much worse in many hotels, this is the only somewhat "negative" aspect that we can point out.

The breakfast here is very good, especially the cheeses, and the staff is friendly.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is situated on the "cider street" so it is super close to some of the best restaurants in town. The staff here were extremely welcoming and accommodating, even going above and beyond to make arrangements for us during a bicycle race that closed the streets.

Amazing hotel for the price. Has a very upscale feel, with courteous staff and the hotel is just beautiful. Had a nice shower, and the room was larger than expected. Staff spoke some English as well, which was very helpful. An excellent stay overall, wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Wifi was slightly weak in the room. No other negatives at all.

Great location, slap in the centre, just a bit difficult to find even with sat nav as it is on pedestrian street, but great parking.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel right in the heart of the action. The location was unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants and attractions just steps away. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe with the hotel's secure parking. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great amenities.

This place offers a lovely atmosphere, excellent food, and its location close to the historic center is ideal, with modern, air-conditioned king rooms providing a peaceful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location of this place is excellent, with outdoor sidrerias and a couple of bars on the same street. It's also just a few minutes by foot to the old town and cathedral area. The rooms were very nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were given interconnecting family rooms, which felt like a lovely little apartment. There was plenty of wardrobe space and having 2 bathrooms was great. The hotel parking was also very convenient, with an indoor and ground floor garage just across the street. The staff worked very hard to ensure we were all comfortable and they were really helpful in giving us ideas of things to do and letting us know the times of events like the fireworks. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

While the breakfast had a fairly good selection, it could do with more different bread options. However, this small detail did not overshadow our overall positive experience.

Location is excellent, close to the historic sites and cathedral. Close to sidrerias and plenty of places to eat. For me the best feature was the front desk staff, friendly and helpful.
